# Terms & Conditionsfor A&S Decorators in Heald Green.
Clear terms for quotes, payments and our work.

## Quotes
Site visits and quotes are free and carry no obligation. Each quote describes the work included. Any extra work you ask for, or that we find is needed once a job starts, will be discussed and agreed with you before it's carried out.

## Payment
Smaller jobs are paid on completion. Larger jobs need a deposit before work starts, followed by a payment schedule agreed with you in advance.

## Access and preparation
Please let us know about access, parking and anything we should be aware of at the property. We protect floors and furniture in the work areas; please remove fragile or valuable items beforehand.

## Materials and colours
Colours and products are agreed before work begins. Paint colours can look different on the wall from a chart or screen, so we recommend testing samples first.

## Guarantee
All completed work is guaranteed. If you have a concern about work we've done, contact us and we'll come back and look at it.

## Insurance
A&S Decorators holds £2m public liability insurance.

## Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel agreed dates, let us know as early as possible so we can rearrange.

## Website
Information on this website is a general guide. Your written quote sets out the specific work and price for your job.
